Ordering & Payment:

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept payments via debit cards, credit cards, PayPal and Google Pay.

  • What are your shipping costs?

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of your cart. Shipping is FREE for orders over £20. You can see the exact cost during checkout.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    • No, we currently only ship to the UK.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

    • Orders can be modified within 24 hours of an order being placed.

Products:

  • What types of coffee beans do you sell?

    • We currently offer whole coffee beans sourced from Finca El Palin, El Salvador. We will explore offering more varieties in the near future. You can find a full list of our products on our website.

  • What is your roasting process?

    • We single roast each bag of coffee we sell to offer a higher quality product with an even roast. Our El Salvadorian beans are completed to a dark roast to release those flavours.

  • Do you offer ground coffee?

    • No, we currently offer whole bean coffee. Whole bean coffee holds its taste and freshness for longer. 

  • Do you sell decaf coffee?

    • No, we currently don't offer a decaf coffee, but we will explore this in the future.

Returns & Refunds:

  • What is your return policy?

    • Due to health and safety regulations, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us for a replacement.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    • Because we cannot accept returns, we do not offer refunds on opened coffee bags. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund as soon as we receive the returned item.

 

Other:

  • Where can I find your coffee in stores?

    • We currently sell our coffee online only. However, we are always looking to expand our reach! If you know of a store that would be a good fit, please let us know.

  • Do you offer wholesale coffee?

    • Yes, we offer wholesale coffee for businesses like cafes, offices, and restaurants. Please contact us for more information.

  • How can I contact you?

    • You can contact us by utilising our contact forms.
